KNOWING FAKHIRA

  This is an infographic about The Virtues Found in Salah With Khushu' that I made with my groupmates. We presented this topic during the Usrah Budi 2 class. 

 I will show 3 programmes that I have involved in University since my foundation year. These programs have given a lot of values and lessons in my life. Most of the programs are organized by society that I involved in and mainly I am one of the committee that works on those programs.  1) Hit The Prayers Week  Hit The Prayers week is a program to improve Salah of the students, where among the activities are, waking up Subh, Daie Competition and talk related to Salah. The picture above is from Daie Competition where the students competing to spread the da'wah in creative ways. The audience are quite lot too, and all the programs during this week got wide audiences. From this program, I got to learn the importance of performing congregational prayers (jamaah). During this week, everyone struggle together to wake up each other for Subh and perform it together. I'm so touched when seeing quite big number of line (saf) during the prayers.  I like to read books from this one author, he got a very nice plot stories, inspiring and motivating stories. I believes that some stories are based on his real life. Who is this author? He is Teme Abdullah. Teme Abdullah is not his real name, he hides his identity but the most important thing is we know he wrote very good stories. 'Siri Jalanan' or 'Jalanan Series' is my favourite of his writings. It is about the journey of a regular Malaysian student who dreams of pursuing his studies overseas. Despite financial problems and some external problems, he managed to pursue his study at United Kingdom, self-sponsored. No scholarship, no study loan but everything on himself.  The struggles during his study were quite hard and different from other students that study there. How to stay living, how to earn money for his foods and education equipment. He is an architecture student, which needs more expenses to buy all art equipments. But, his passion in art can't be given...

  This is from Surah al-Baqarah ayah 216. This ayah proves that Allah is a good planner, He knows behind everything that we as a human do not know. This ayah encourage us to believe in Qadha' and Qadr that has been created and planned by Allah, as a Muslim we must believe in Qadha' and Qadr. Sometimes we tend to feel upset and regret when there is test and obstacles we were facing without remembering Allah. This ayah will sooth our mind and heart from the anxiety and bad expectation towards our own life.  For example, we didn't achieve our target for the examination, at first we might feel sad but after remember this ayah, we know that perhaps this 'bad' thing is a good thing for us. We will feel the positivity and keep trust on Allah's plan.
